We have main campus KCHS-Shinyanga Campus, situated at Kolandoto District of the city.

we have another campus in Mwanza city , the  second largest city of Tanzania KCHS-Mwanza campus situate at Bujora Area

Other facilities includes two practicum sites for Clinical rotations and other academic research activities which are located in  Kolandoto District hospitals, Shinyanga municipal Hospital,
